1.Specific rules

Any type of service that involves any legal or illegal practice that goes against the decorum of the platform or the rules applicable to the performance of the corresponding service is not allowed. Services that imply a violation of the security measures applicable to the service are especially prohibited, as well as any type of publication offering sexual, relaxation or similar characteristics.

Likewise, and in order to avoid fraud in this regard, practices of dubious tax legality such as the pyramid job offer or any other that involves an investment by the candidate will not be allowed.

COMPARTE will not be responsible for the non-adequacy or incorrect execution of the services offered through the Platform, nor for any possible violation by users of the rules of unfair competition, professional intrusion or those specific ones that are applicable to the activity carried out.

2.Items not allowed

In addition to those articles that the legislation expressly prohibits, SHARING does not admit the publication of certain articles that may carry an element of risk or that do not correspond to the philosophy of the Company, which are included in the following list:

- Prescription Medications / Drugs
- Drugs (marijuana, seeds)
- Weapons
- Minor photos
- Nude photos
- Registration papers
- Tobacco, cigarettes, cigars
- Services / Employment
- Pyramid sale
- Professional gambler
